Leek Pudding

Leek Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

8oz SR Flour

3 oz Sauteed Leeks

2 oz Butter or margarine

pinch of salt

1 tsp baking powder

cold water to mix

Method

Add flour, salt and butter/margarine to a bowl and rub in.

Add leeks and water and bind together. Place in a greased baking dish.

Place in the centre of an oven at 175 degrees for 30 minutes.

Fantastic with butter bean or chicken casserole.
