When life becomes stressful and I am trying to juggle too many things, I tell myself, it is time to chill out!
A favourite place of mine is a tranquil beach.
I like to relax using mindfulness methods by, focusing on my breathing and the peaceful surroundings:
the sound of the waves lapping on the shore,
the smell of the salty air,
feeling the warm breeze on my skin,
walking barefoot on the sand.
Allowing all of the stress to fade away giving me inner peace and contentment.
