“Neist Point lighthouse, a guiding beacon for passing ships in the mighty Atlantic ocean”

Neist point lighthouse is situated on the most westerly tip of the Isle of Skye. It was built in 1900 and was originally manned. It is now automated and needs no maintenance. It is one of the most popular attractions on the island. We visited the lighthouse today and we were totally alone (amazing December 18th 2019).
