Baked nectarines with cinnamon cream and Amaretti biscuits

A delicious Summer dessert for 2.


2 nectarines halved and stoned

Apricot jam

200ml double cream

1 tsp icing sugar

1 pich of cinnamon

Amareti biscuits


Place the nectarines in an ovenproof dish

Add 1 tsp of apricot jam to each half

Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 170 degrees

Whip the cream with cinnamon and icing sugar.

Place the nectarines on a serving dish and add the cream and Amaretti biscuits.
